Andrea Watson has been serving her clients in the mortgage industry since 2009. Having literally grown up in this industry she jokes that she has 30 years of experience. Andrea is an Evansville native, and graduated from Indiana University Southeast. Andrea and her husband, Brad and their two children (Bryn and Adelaide) currently reside in Newburgh, Indiana.
Andrea prides herself on her mortgage knowledge, and this is what sets her apart from most Mortgage Loan Originators. She is an experienced lending professional in almost all loan types, including Conventional (Home Ready or Home Possible), VA, FHA, Kentucky Housing, and USDA financing. Andrea is a great out of the box thinker and by knowing all the ins and outs to loan products, this gives her the ability to structure mortgage loans that offer the best options for her clientele. She lives by two main principles, service and honesty. Day or night and even on weekends, she is available to help her clients and answer any of the questions they may have. Rest assured Andrea will work hard for her clients, and by being so detailed oriented, this provides a smooth process for her clients and realtor partners.
When not working, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family at basketball or soccer games. When she gets a little time to herself, you will find her curled up reading a good book. Andrea is also very active in her church.
